i'm back. congrats to everybody for the job well done for mozart on bars. please extend all heartiest gratitudes to guest players.

after the concert, im sure we all do not want to just stop here n let all our effort go to waste. (:

practices will resume after national day okays? so we will need to decide on practice dates. assuming we all do slow but steady practice, i dun expect u guys to donate me 10 hours of your time every week, we just need to practise once a week. so we need to choose one day to practise. one evening most likely, 7-10 alright? thats it.

upcoming performances include one or two school performances. we will either be doing novelty or mozart or combined. please tell me when is your prefereed schedule. i told him october if its good with all of you? the esplanade gig has been rescheduled so still pending alright? the last is hte wedding gig has mentioned earlier already, we will play selected mozart and secret garden. i told mr ngoh to try and get the secret garden scores ready asap so that we can read it with enough time. so pls bear with me

if we do novelty, we will need 6 people so in addition to the 4 we have, we need 2 more. n we'll get like about 500 bucks, after deduction of transport and rental. also, if we do novelty , mr ngoh would most likely get pan huei-yuan to help us with some cheoreography. he proposed it. not my idea. so the idea is we have a program so that we can perform it as and when we need to.

for the school perfromance, its most likely that we would be able to take away a small sum. so i think whats urgent for now is we decide a day to practisE? please revert back to me as soon as possible. thank you.

last few pracs

hey. last 2 pracs already.
we've done the choreography for the novelty.
finished msot of the stuff.
after watching our nj juniors play stinking garbage really really well today, i feel so ashamed of ourselves.
we need to really put in more work.

what''s impt is the showmanship. please engage the audience in your playing. dun keep looking at the bins/tables/chairs. SHOWMANSHIP.

mozart pieces are shaping up. showmanship again. dun just keep staring at the notes. play with emotion and awareness to the others.

many distinguished guests will be watching us. please play well.

things to be done:
1) spray 2 stands
2)recollect all unsold tickets
3)bring all stuff that needs to be placed at the counter
4)paste all scores
5) push ticket sales


concert matters:
1) emcee will be cheryl
2) qi en and adelene have to be at the ticket counter
- all tickets to be placed at the counter have to be paid for
3) lunch for str*ck members will be provided, teatime for all players will be provided
- any special diets?
