ive managed to rule out tue, thu and saturdays for pracs. oKays. get back to u pple when pk and qilin actually send me their schedules.

so just before i start mugging today, i shall summarise our last meeting! (:

hmms. i dun think its nice to list specific details since this is still public. but i'll put down the impt information that we need.

so basically, we need to come up with the rent of the warehouse for 6 months. and to do that we would be required to put up 2 concerts at ulu pandan cc. apparently, it looks like the hall cna only sit 290 and not 360 as planned. so he did suggest increasing the price though im not for it.

the 1st program will be mozart on bars where we will play classical mozart on mallets.
the 2nd program will be mozart on rock (details to be confirmed).
the 3rd program will be some kids program. this is for long term i think. more impt to settle the 1st 2 first.

so yups. the 1st concert would be on the 8th July which is a saturday. our first practice is on 5th May. address i will furnish you all later. time we decide? it is a good friday. at the same time. from the 5th may to 8th july we will need 10 practices at least. so everyone has to send yulin the dates when you guys are free. so she can work out a plan. self prac time will be open before rehearsal (:

as for the portfolio of every member we have drafted something of sorts. just take a look if you are uncomfortable with anything or if u suddenyl tink of more things we might need to take into consideration. (:

charmaine - accounts and treasurer (shes the money woman!)
peekae - welfare officer cum quareter mistress. in charge ticketing and welfare and logistics.
qilin - is the one woman standalone concert committee. she will be responsible for all the details for gigs/concerts. making sure that everything goes right. lol.
yulin - liaison officer. she will be in charge of coordinating practices and drawing up schedules and passing around messages of any notice. of course this place we should all come back n check regularly.
eileen - publicity officer and librarian. i will be storing the scores and the marketing of the ensemble. so if u wanna play anyting in particular u can tell me (:

prac dates

woots. looks like qilin is not so slow after all. in the midst of all the informal conversation, let's think of a slogan/catchphrase? any suggestions? oh wells. ill come up with the proposal and summary of minutes soon. lol. (:
